Year Two of our Winter CSA: A New Season of Vegetables Awaits!

We're excited to kick off our second year and bring you an even wider selection of delicious winter vegetables. Your CSA shares will be filled with an abundance of fresh, seasonal produce. Expect to enjoy cool-weather favorites like red and green kales, collards, lettuce, chard, scallions, radishes, arugula, salad greens, bok choy, turnips, spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes, fennel, and garlic.

As the season progresses, we’ll also include some limited-time treats such as kohlrabi, daikons, beets, cabbage, winter squash, and broccoli. Plus, we might occasionally offer sweet pea shoots or nutritious microgreens to add something extra to your share. Get ready for a season full of flavor and variety!
