What to expect over the season at a glance

 CSA shares will be filled with an abundance of fresh %100 certified organic produce each week. Through the weeks we will be exploring the offerings of each season. Below is a snapshot of what to expect!

Spring  
Typically lasts between Week 1- Week 10  
Expect cool-weather items like red and green kales, cabbages, collards, lettuce, chard, scallions, radishes, arugula, specialty salad greens, bok choi, & turnips 
Summer 
Typically between Week 10 -Week 18 
Crops like garlic, tomatoes, onions, peppers, potatoes, eggplant, okra, cucumbers, and summer squash are bountiful during these weeks 
Fall 
Typically arriving in Week 16-Week 26 
Cool-weather crops make their way back from the spring but are joined by some fall exclusives like winter squash and sweet potatoes.
